Owner Jamie Diaz
Welcome to J. Photography! My name is Jamie Diaz, owner and independent photographer based in Central Virginia. I am a Christ follower and the wife of my amazing husband, Javier.
My love for photography began at a young age alongside my passion for art. Creativity has always been a part of who I am, and photography allows me to bring those passions together in a meaningful way—capturing moments and preserving memories that last a lifetime.
I specialize in outdoor photography, as well as private sessions at locations of your choice upon request. My services include weddings, engagements, family sessions, maternity, and senior portraits, with additional session types available upon request.
Wedding packages are thoughtfully customized to meet each couple’s unique vision and needs. I also strive to keep my services affordable, ensuring you’re not paying for extras that don’t align with what you truly want.

With a keen eye for detail and a laid-back, approachable personality, she creates an environment that helps clients feel comfortable and confident. As of 2025, she has over five years of professional photography training, making her an incredible addition to the team.
This partnership was a natural fit, and I am so excited to officially welcome her as the other half of the “J” in J. Photography!
